Full recipe below: Blueberry Chia Pudding Servings: 3 Total Time: 20 mins prep + 3-4 hours in the fridge Ingredients: ▪️ 1 cup cashew milk ▪️ 1 cup coconut yogurt ▪️ 3 scoops Nutrafol Collagen Infusion (1 scoop=1 serving) ▪️ 2 tbsp honey ▪️ ½ cup pumpkin purée ▪️ 1 tsp pumpkin spice ▪️ ¼ cup chia seeds ▪️ ¼ tsp sea salt Toppings: coconut yogurt, blueberry sauce, fresh blueberries Blueberry Sauce: ▪️ 1 cup blueberries ▪️ 1 tbsp honey ▪️ Juice of ½ lemon ▪️ Pinch of sea salt Directions: 1. In a large jar, mix together the cashew milk, coconut yogurt, Nutrafol Collagen Infusion, honey, pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, chia seeds, and sea salt. Once fully combined, cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight or for 3–4 hours. 2. On the stovetop, simmer the blueberries, lemon juice, honey, and sea salt for 10–15 minutes, or until the berries burst and the mixture begins to thicken. 3. Divide the chia pudding into three individual containers and top with coconut yogurt, blueberry sauce, and fresh blueberries.
